Savute and Linyanti are much more remote than the Chobe, Kasane area, and these areas offer fantastic game viewing and similar experiences and landscapes, but with a fraction of the environmental impact. The Savute area is famous for its predators and wide-open landscapes.
The wildlife highlights in these areas are concentrations of Lion & Hyena, as well as its Leopard, Cheetah, Black Backed Jackal and many lone Elephant bulls. The now dry Savute Channel provides a perfect vantage point from which to view wildlife, and in particular the lions, which are renown for hunting elephant in this region.
